Built in Bengaluru

It proposes a week, and tells you why

Reads what you actually ran rather than what you meant to, proposes the next seven days, and puts a sentence under every session explaining what it is for.

Three things it does

And a long list it does not — no social feed, no leaderboard, no streaks and no badges.

Reads what actually happened

The run you cut short at four kilometres is the input, not the ten you had planned. Every plan that assumes the plan was followed falls apart in the third week.

Proposes seven days

Never more. A twelve-week block is a promise about a life nobody can make, and it is why people abandon them in week five feeling they failed.

Explains every session

One sentence saying what it is for and what to do if it is going badly. An app you can argue with is an app you keep using.

How a week is built

Four steps, every Sunday evening, and you can overrule all of them.

1

Look at the last three weeks

Distance, how it was spread and what got missed. Three weeks rather than one, because a bad week is noise and three bad weeks is information.

2

Ask two questions

How the legs feel and how much time there is. Two, not twelve — an app that opens with a questionnaire is an app people stop opening.

3

Propose, with reasons

Seven days, each with a sentence. Where the proposal is less than last week it says so and says why, which is the part most apps quietly avoid.

4

Let you rewrite it

Any session, any day. The rewrite becomes the input for next Sunday rather than being marked as non-compliance.

What it costs

Four figures. There is no trial that becomes a charge and no plan that unlocks the explanation text.

₹0
Under 30 km a week — permanently, not a trial
₹249

Reasonable questions

Four answers, and the second one loses us subscriptions on purpose.

Will this make me faster?

We do not know, and no app does. What it does is stop you doing the thing that makes most people slower, which is running every easy run slightly too hard. Whether that shows up in a race depends on a dozen things none of which are on your phone.

Why is it free under thirty kilometres?

Because below that a plan is barely doing anything a sensible person could not do themselves, and charging for it would be charging for the interface. Most of our users never pay us anything and that is the intended outcome.

Does it work without a watch?

Yes, with typed entries. Less well, honestly — it cannot see how hard a run was — and the app says so on the setup screen rather than after you have paid.

Where does my data go?

Our servers, and nowhere else. There is no analytics partner, no advertising identifier and no export to a third party. You can delete everything from the settings screen and it goes immediately rather than in ninety days.

Start with a week

No card, and no charge at all under thirty kilometres. If the first Sunday proposal reads like nonsense, delete it and nothing has happened.
